The staff allowed us to leave luggage after checkout. a metro station was very close to the hotel. the front desk was staffed at all times. Greetings were offered when passing by. a walk to the trevi fountain took just 20 minutes.

the gym offers only one lonely kettlebell.

The breakfast buffet provided an abundant selection of foods. It was abundant. the staff was genuinely friendly and caring. the building is beautiful. The lobby boasts live piano music in the evenings. the outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape from the heat. It was a welcome relief.

the corridors to the rooms felt a little dark and slightly run down, which contrasted with the otherwise grand ambiance.

i found the location convenient! it was easy to reach the subway and the main train station. many restaurants and shops were located nearby, and this provided lots of choices for meals. it was nice to have convenience stores so close for any quick needs i had!!! the pool was a great feature! the air conditioning in my room worked very well, and that was a welcome relief from the heat. the pool area was always clean. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. i had a really clean room. it was so nice to come back to a cool space after a day in the sun. the hotel is near local restaurants and also has a private car park, and , made everything easier. i think the breakfast was good too! the hotel provided fantastic food options. the pool area was a real bonus . i made use of the jacuzzi in my room. the pianist in the lounge added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

the water dispenser by the front desk wasn't always full. i had to buy my own water.

the hotel was great specifically the junior suite. it provided two levels of living space. each morning began with the ample varied breakfast including scrambled eggs bacon meats cheeses pastries and cereals. the bar was fine with a live pianist elevating our experience. we dined at the restaurant enjoying authentic italian cuisine twice.

i noticed the corridors to the rooms are dark. the rooms are a mix of modern and outdated. the curtains did not hang well and i had a clear feeling they were never washed.

staff responded quickly when contacted with a problem. they fixed it right away. the staff is also friendly plus helpful. the restaurant staff were excellent with top quality.
